In the society that we live in giving
birth to a son is the ultimate pressure on a woman. Even in this time and day
people consider daughters to be a burden on their families. We forget that the
most important thing that one should pray for is that whatever God blesses us
with be it, a boy or a girl they should be perfectly normal and healthy. Nazo
is a drama that portrays the mentality and mindset of how people see these
mentally challenged children.It is a story of two sisters who share a bond that
can never be broken. Nazo is a mentally challenged girl who cannot even speak
properly she only understands the language of love and for her Samra is her
world. It shows how special children like Nazo are a blessing from God yet we
fail to provide them with the love and care that they deserve. Don’t these
special children deserve a chance to be happy? Should they really be sent to
mental asylums?
